Job description

Join us as a Supplier Manager at Barclays. You will manage and monitor supplier risk and performance to meet the requirements of the Barclays Third Party Service Provider Policy and Standards, through control execution, commercial management, relationship, and risk management.

Responsibilities include:

1. Management and execution of supplier control processes, including oversight of suppliers and their performance, and monitoring KPIs to ensure expectations are met.
2. Collaborating with stakeholder groups to produce deliverables that meet procurement needs, policies, standards, and mitigate supplier risks.
3. Identifying suitable suppliers through market research, capabilities analysis, and contract negotiations.
4. Monitoring industry trends related to supplier management tools and techniques.
5. Ensuring suppliers meet Barclays standards and contractual obligations, including quality, risk mitigation, and commercial activities.
6. Supporting regulatory requests and ongoing compliance activities.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian, French, or Spanish (native desirable).
• Experience in third-party supplier management.
• Stakeholder management skills.

Preferred skills include procurement experience and business stakeholder management. The role is based in Knutsford.
