Job Title: Client Acquisition Executive (Luxury Care Homes – Commission Only)

Location: Field-Based (Preferred: London & South East)

Compensation: 100% Commission | £500 per Client Placement | Unlimited Earning Potential

At Imperial Solutions, we specialise in connecting families with elite, private care homes across the UK — offering dignity, comfort, and exceptional care in luxurious surroundings.

We’re looking for dynamic, well-connected individuals who can introduce new private clients to our care home partners through personal referrals and high-trust networks.

The Role:

This commission-only role is perfect for professionals with strong social ties in affluent communities. You will travel to meet prospective families, attend relevant events, and use your network to identify those seeking premium elderly care solutions.

Your job is simple: bring in qualified clients, and earn £500 for every successful placement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use your personal or professional network to find families looking for luxury care home placements.
  • Travel locally to meet clients and provide consultation with discretion and empathy.
  • Organise private tours of our care homes and support clients through the decision process.
  • Build ongoing referral relationships with professionals (solicitors, GPs, private wealth advisors).
  • Keep records of leads, follow-ups, and placements using our internal CRM tools.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Sales, client acquisition, or business development experience (preferred).
  • Strong personal or professional network among high-net-worth individuals or families.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — trustworthy, discreet, and polished.
  • Able to work independently and manage flexible hours.
  • Access to your own vehicle and willingness to travel.
Earnings:
  • £500 Commission per Successful Client Placement
  • No cap on earnings — the more clients you refer, the more you earn.
