Job summary

Wells & Co. is looking for a Supervisor for The Bull Hotel in Olney, a charming pub and restaurant that holds the character of a 17th century coaching inn. You will be responsible for ensuring customers have a fantastic experience while leading a supportive team.

Supervisor duties include:

• Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
• Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff
• Ensuring payments and receipts are correct
• Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings
• Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues
• Being a supportive and proactive leader
  You will need to demonstrate:
• Previous Leadership experience in a hospitality or customer facing environment
• Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
• The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
• A result driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and your teams
  The Bull Hotel is located in the centre of Olney and sits at the heart of the local community. A former 17th century coaching inn, now a Pub & Restaurant with Rooms overlooks the Market Place making it a great spot to relax and watch the world go by.
