Job summary

Black Bull in the UK is seeking a friendly and proactive Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, train staff, and lead a team in a busy pub setting.

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety while delivering great experiences that keep guests coming back.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
