Job summary

The Bear in Bilton is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead the customer journey, take accurate orders and work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

You will inspire the team, deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, and promote our menu and drinks. The role offers £13.21–£14.00 per hour plus tips, up to 28 days holidays, a pension, discounts and development opportunities.

Position

Supervisor Duties Include

• Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
• Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff
• Ensuring payments and receipts are correct
• Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings
• Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues
• Being a supportive and proactive leader

Requirements

You will need to demonstrate:

• Previous Leadership experience in a hospitality or customer facing environment
• Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
• The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
• A result driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and your teams
