Job summary

The Salisbury Arms in Cambridge is seeking a Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations, ensuring the customer journey is exceptional. You will take accurate orders, work closely with the kitchen, monitor payments, and train and support a friendly team to deliver outstanding service.

This role offers £13-14 per hour plus tips, 28 days holiday, a company pension, discounts on food and drinks, and a clear career development programme within a supportive, fun workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in hospitality or customer-facing environments.
• Strong ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Supervisor Duties Include

• Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
• Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff
• Ensuring payments and receipts are correct
• Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings
• Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues
• Being a supportive and proactive leader

Requirements

• Previous Leadership experience in a hospitality or customer facing environment
• Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
• The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
• A result driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and your teams
