Job summary

Black Bull at Oaktree Pubs is seeking a friendly Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and deliver great service. You’ll help train staff, set standards and ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in hospitality.
• Excellent customer service and training skills.
• Able to manage shifts and maintain standards.
• Strong hygiene and safety awareness.
