Butlin's in the United Kingdom is creating a brand-new Supervisor Plus role across accommodation with a choice of specialism. You’ll lead from the front, coach your team on delivering five-star guest experiences, hit targets on add-ons and guest satisfaction, and own audits in accommodation and other areas.

This hands-on role is visible, trusted to solve problems on the spot, and offers progression across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to keep the team focused and in the right place.
• Coach the team to hit add-on sales and guest experience targets.
• Own CAFF and other audits in accommodation and supporting departments.
• Ensure guests find what they need and respond to feedback.
• Monitor guest feedback and translate it into action for improvement.
• Model Butlin's Values and Leadership Behaviours daily.
• Bridge plans to delivery with clear, consistent communication across resort and central teams.
• Support onboarding and development through PDPs and progression.
• Turn audits and observations into practical improvements.
• Be active on the action floor where issues arise and drive performance.
