Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking an Ambulance Cleaning & Stock Co-Ordination Supervisor for Reading Ambulance Station. This permanent full-time role involves supervising the Make Ready contract to ensure deep cleaning to infection control standards across ambulances and related vehicles.

You will test medical equipment, replace packs and ensure readiness. DBS clearance and a valid C1 license are required, with 40-hour weeks from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising cleaning and stock coordination in a healthcare or logistics context.
• C1 driver's license required.
• DBS/security clearance is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, audit and manage the Make Ready contract for ambulances and related vehicles.
• Test medical equipment deployed on Trust vehicles to ensure it is fit for purpose.
• Replace used or broken Make Ready packs and repack and seal response bags.

Cleaning is Churchill’s largest long-established business area and as an Ambulance Cleaning & Stock Co-Ordination Supervisor you will assist the Contract Manager to supervise, audit and manage the Make Ready contract of preparing ambulances, rapid response cars and patient transport vehicles to an approved standard, which includes deep cleaning to an infection control standard. You’ll be part of a friendly team, all working together to create outstandingly clean and safe environments that make our clients happy.

As an Ambulance Cleaning & Stock Co-Ordination Supervisor, you will be looking after Readingand will test all medical equipment deployed on the Trust’s vehicles to ensure equipment is fit for purpose and in working order, replacing all used or broken Make Ready packs and to replace the response bags with repacked and ready to use sealed bags.
