Churchill Group in Banstead is seeking an NHS Ambulance Make Ready Operative (C1 Required). You will prepare ambulances, rapid response cars and patient transport vehicles to approved infection-control standards, including deep cleaning.

You will handle testing of medical equipment on Trust vehicles and replace used or broken Make Ready packs. The role offers a flexible contract with 0 hours per week, on-site work in SECAMB – Banstead.

Qualifications

• DBS clearance and a C1 Licence are required for this role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting with attention to infection control.
• Good teamwork and reliability in a facilities environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare ambulances, rapid response cars and patient transport vehicles to approved infection-control standards.
• Test medical equipment deployed on Trust vehicles and replace used or broken Make Ready packs.
• Ensure sealed repacked bags are ready for use and keep work areas clean and safe.

Cleaning is Churchill's largest long-established business area and as an Ambulance Cleaner & Stock Co-ordinator you will have the all-important duty of preparing ambulances, rapid response cars and patient transport vehicles to an approved standard, which includes deep cleaning to an infection control standard. You'll be part of a friendly team, all working together to create outstandingly clean and safe environments that make our clients happy.

As NHS Ambulance Make Ready Operative- C1 Required you will be looking after Dartford MRC and will test all medical equipment deployed on the Trust's vehicles to ensure equipment is fit for purpose and in working order, replacing all used or broken Make Ready packs and to replace the response bags with repacked and ready to use sealed bags.
