Job summary

Savers is looking for a Supervisor in Fareham to support store leadership and coach a team across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. You will work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager to maximise opportunities and deliver strong store results while staying flexible to shift patterns.

The role offers part-time hours (20 per week) with potential for additional hours and a benefits package designed to support work-life balance and career progression within Savers.
