Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Middlesbrough is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join our team. The role is 16 hours per week with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Salary is £13.50 per hour and you’ll work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager to drive great results in a friendly retail environment. We offer up to 33 days holiday, sick pay and a range of wellbeing and discount benefits, plus a clear progression path.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to develop own skills to enhance others.
• Passion for the products Savers sells.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations alongside Store and Assistant Manager.
• Coach and support the team to deliver exemplary results.
• Engage with the local community and represent Savers in a positive way.
