Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Havant is recruiting a part-time Supervisor. The role involves coaching and supporting the store team to deliver outstanding results, while you work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager.

You’ll be the face of Savers in your community, building strong relationships with customers and staff. The position offers flexible shifts, 16 hours per week (with potential for more), and a salary of £13.50 per hour.

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Willingness to develop your own skills to help others.
• Passionate about the products Savers sells.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team to deliver excellent results.
• Collaborate with store leadership and colleagues to maximise opportunities and maintain high standards.
