Job summary

Savers in Debden is hiring a part-time Supervisor. You will join the store team and work closely with the Store and Assistant Manager to coach colleagues, maximise sales opportunities, and deliver great customer service while upholding the Savers standards.

This role offers flexible morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts, a competitive hourly rate and generous holiday entitlement. If you love retail and are ready to lead by example in your local community, this could be the opportunity

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Ability to develop others.
• Passionate about the products we sell.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to deliver results.
• Collaborate with Store and Assistant Manager to maximise opportunities.
• Represent Savers in the local community and uphold store standards.

Hours per Week: 16 hours with the opportunity to work more hours

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £13.65 per hour
