Job summary

Savers in Havant is looking for a Supervisor to lead and coach the store team, delivering excellent customer service and commercial results.

You will work with store leadership to maximise opportunities, develop talent, and connect with the local community while upholding Savers standards and brand values. Flexible part-time shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends with up to 16 hours minimum weekly.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to develop your own skills to enhance others.
• Passion for the products we sell.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team to deliver exceptional results.
• Work alongside Store and Assistant Manager to maximise opportunities.
• Engage with the local community and represent the Savers brand.
