Savers is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join our team in Shotton. The role involves leading and coaching the store team to maximise opportunities while adhering to Savers standards. You will work 16 hours per week with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Starting at 6am for delivery shifts and Sundays may be essential. A supportive benefits package is included, with career progression opportunities and a strong connection to the local community.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to develop skills in others and lead by example.
• Passion for the products Savers sells.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coach store team to deliver exemplary results.
• Support Store and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
• Engage with local community and represent Savers in-store.

Hours per Week: 16 hours with the opportunity to work more hours

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview . 6am starts for delivery shifts and Sundays essential.

Salary: £13.50 - £13.65 per hour
