Job summary

Savers is recruiting a Part-time Supervisor at our Bloxwich store. You will work 18 hours weekly across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with the flexibility to take on more hours as available.

You will coach and develop the store team, help deliver great service and meet sales goals while upholding our standards. The role offers benefits including holiday entitlement and access to wellbeing programs.

• 1+ year retail experience.
• Proven coaching abilities to develop others.
• Strong customer service mindset and reliability.

Location: Bloxwich

Hours per Week: 18 hours with the opportunity to work more hours

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £13.50 per hour
