Job summary

Adventure Leisure in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a capable Supervisor to lead a busy venue, inspire the team and deliver outstanding guest service across food, beverage, retail and activities. You will work with the General Manager to set high standards, coach and develop colleagues, make decisions, and turn opportunities into action, creating a welcoming environment guests love.

Working closely with the General Manager and wider management team, you’ll help drive outstanding standards across the venue, from delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences to supporting our food, beverage, retail and activity offerings. You’ll be trusted to make decisions, take ownership and turn opportunities into action.
