Job summary

New Forest Hotels is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service across our hotel and adjacent pub restaurant. You’ll inspire the team with a hands-on approach, set high standards, and ensure guests receive outstanding service every day.

You’ll oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of conferences and events, support the F&B Manager on busy shifts, and help mentor colleagues to grow.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality (hotel or restaurant).
• Able to manage a team and delegate tasks.
• Willing to work early and late shifts (5 days out of 7).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Hands-on attitude, calm under pressure.
• Passion for delivering great service with kindness and respect.
