Job summary

Moto Hospitality at Grantham Services on the A1 is looking for a Supervisor to be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts and ensuring the unit runs smoothly every day.

You will be a brand ambassador for KFC, delivering excellent service while prioritising safety and compliance and helping develop teammates through funded qualifications and progression opportunities.

• Experience leading or supervising teams, ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.

Responsibilities

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within one of the nation's favourite restaurants, serving up KFC's world-famous fried chicken and refreshments whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK's rest stop experience.

What You’ll Bring To Us

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
• Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure
