Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor at Exeter, overseeing shifts and acting as a strong support to the Store Manager. You will lead operations, uphold high service standards, and embody the KFC brand as part of a busy motorway services location.

The role emphasizes developing staff, maintaining safety and compliance, and using metrics to drive improvements, with opportunities for progression within the team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within one of the nation’s favourite restaurants, serving up KFC’s world-famous fried chicken and refreshments whilst whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

Retention bonus payable subject to completion of KFC’s Shift Leadership Programme, payment made in two 6 monthly instalments and pro-rata based on start date on contract
