Moto, at Southwaite Services on the M6, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the UK’s rest stop revolution. You’ll run the store like it’s yours, guiding a high‑performing team to deliver memorable service and consistent brand standards.

The role offers an annual bonus up to £8,320, on‑site discounts at Costa Coffee, Pret, M&S Simply Food, Burger King, Greggs, KFC and more, enhanced benefits, and clear progression to Site Operations Manager.

• Track record of managing budgets, P&L, labour costs, and driving efficiencies.
• Strong relationship-builder with stakeholders at all levels.

40hrs per week - £39,000 per annum

At KFC, you’ll lead the charge, getting your team fired up to deliver a memorable service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
