Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Exeter at Moto is seeking a Supervisor to lead shifts, support the Store Manager, and drive exceptional service at the rest stop. The role offers £13.83 per hour on a permanent, full-time basis, with a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
• Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within one of the nation's favourite restaurants, serving up KFC's world-famous fried chicken and refreshments whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK's rest stop experience.
