Job summary

JD Sports Fashion PLC is seeking a Shop Supervisor to help run busy store floors and uphold the high service standards customers expect. You will support colleagues across shifts, drive presentation, and back-store operations with guidance from Store Management.

As a supervisor, you will focus on delivering strong customer service, maintaining brand standards, opening/closing duties, tills, and contributing to a lively, fashion-forward retail environment in Tees Valley.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail to uphold high service, presentation and store standards.
• Interest in retail, awareness of trends, and ability to promote company values and behaviours.

You’ll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.
