JD Sports Fashion PLC is seeking a Supervisor to help run the shop floor, support colleagues and ensure high service standards. You’ll contribute to daily operations, help with opening/closing, till duties and brand presentation, while guiding the team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, product knowledge, and a proactive, customer-first approach in a fast-paced retail setting.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You play an active role in supporting colleagues throughout each shift, helping to maintain high standards of service, presentation and store performance. You’ll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.

Key Responsibilities
