Job summary

JD GROUP is seeking a proactive Supervisor to support the shop floor, drive service standards and assist daily operations. You will help colleagues across shifts, uphold brand presentation and ensure smooth store performance.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in fast-paced retail, strong communication, and a keen eye for detail to maintain high standards in service, visuals, and operations.

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You play an active role in supporting colleagues throughout each shift, helping to maintain high standards of service, presentation and store performance. You’ll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand standards and company expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
