Job summary

Naylor's Equestrian Llp is seeking a Supervisor for our Plymouth store to oversee daily shop floor operations and uphold our high service standards. You will support colleagues during shifts, ensure presentation aligns with brand expectations, and help manage till procedures along with opening and closing tasks.

The role requires previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail setting, strong communication, and a keen eye for detail to maintain store performance and customer satisfaction.

You play an active role in supporting colleagues throughout each shift, helping to maintain high standards of service, presentation and store performance.
