Job summary

Go-Outdoors is seeking a Supervisor to help run the shop floor, deliver high service standards, and support daily operations. You will lead by example, guide colleagues during shifts, and help maintain strong levels of customer service, presentation and store performance.

The role requires supervisory or team-leader experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment, with strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for retail and product trends.

Supervisor Generic Job Spec

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You lead by example, guide colleagues during each shift, and help maintain strong levels of customer service, presentation, and store performance. You'll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.
