Job summary

JD GROUP is seeking a Supervisor to help run the shop floor and maintain the high service standards our customers expect. You will support colleagues across each shift, helping to keep presentation and store performance in line with brand expectations.

The role focuses on team support, daily operations, and ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures, with a proactive, customer-facing approach.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Strong interest in retail with good product awareness and branding values.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You play an active role in supporting colleagues throughout each shift, helping to maintain high standards of service, presentation and store performance. You’ll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.
