Job summary

JD Sports in Enfield is seeking a Supervisor to help run the shop floor and deliver the high service standards our customers expect. You will actively support colleagues across each shift, helping to maintain presentation and store performance while assisting Store Management with daily tasks.

This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, guiding the team on the shop floor, and ensuring brand standards are met.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Strong interest in retail, solid product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote company values and behaviours.
