You play an active role in supporting colleagues throughout each shift, helping to maintain high standards of service, presentation and store performance. You'll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.Key Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.- Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.- Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand standards and company expectations.- Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
