Job summary

Millets in the United Kingdom is seeking a capable Supervisor to help run the shop floor and uphold high service and presentation standards. You will support colleagues across shifts and assist Store Management with daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.

The role focuses on delivering great customer service, guiding teammates, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Strong interest in retail, solid product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote company values and behaviours.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You play an active role in supporting colleagues throughout each shift, helping to maintain high standards of service, presentation and store performance. You’ll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.
