Job summary

Café Rouge in the United Kingdom is seeking a Supervisor/Keyholder to join our team. You will open and close the restaurant, assist management in service, and act as a confident point of contact for staff on both front and back of house. Customer service excellence and a proactive, upbeat attitude are essential.

As a valued team member, you will help run shifts, build rapport with guests, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where every service is an opportunity to shine.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver high levels of customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in supervising shifts and coordinating team members.
• Proven rapport-building skills with staff and guests.
• Reliable with opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
• Calm under pressure and able to lead by example during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare for service, working closely with the Management Team and helping run the shifts.
• Be great at building rapport and being a point of contact for the team members, both back and front of house.
