Job summary

Café Rouge is looking for a confident Keyholder/Supervisor to join our team. You will oversee opening and closing procedures, help manage service with the Management Team, and act as a key point of contact for front and back of house staff while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, upbeat setting, delivering top-notch customer service and supporting a cohesive, high-energy team during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is beneficial.
• Strong people skills and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for opening and securely closing the building.
• Help prepare for service, working closely with the Management Team and helping run the shifts.
• Be great at building rapport and being a point of contact for the team members, both back and front of house.
• Be obsessed with customer service and delighting each and every one of our guests.
• Be used to working in a fast paced, upbeat environment, where the floor is your stage!
