Job summary

Moto is hiring a Supervisor to be the strong right hand to the Store Manager at Rugby Services. You will lead shifts, drive smooth operations during busy periods and uphold safety and service standards in a high-volume setting.

As a brand ambassador, you will engage with customers, motivate the team, and contribute to a positive culture while advancing through development opportunities offered by the company.

Supervisor - £13.90ph 35 - hours per week

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within one of the nation’s favourite restaurants, serving up KFC’s world-famous fried chicken and refreshments whilst whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What you will be doing as a Supervisor:

What you’ll bring to us:

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
• Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure
