Job summary

TFG London is opening a new multi-brand store in Castlepoint, Bournemouth this November and seeks a full-time Supervisor to join the team. The role is a permanent contract, 40 hours per week, with a focus on creating a welcoming, high-quality shopping experience and supporting the management team to drive strong commercial results.

You will greet customers, lead on service, and assist in stock and store operations while supporting Style Advisors and ensuring smooth shop-floor performance.

We are opening our newest multi-brand store in Castlepoint, Bournemouth this November and are looking for a full-time Supervisor to join the team. This is a permanent contract, working 40 hours per week.

Our Supervisors play a key role in creating awelcoming, high-quality shopping experience that keeps our customers comingback. Collaborative and adaptable, you'll champion the day-to-day running ofthe store, helping the management team drive strong commercial results andsmooth shop-floor operations.

What you'll do:

• Greet, assist,and leadby example on the shop floor, connecting with customers,sharing your passion for style and delivering great service


• Maintain acommercial approach to the role and operations,handling transactionsaccurately and assisting with stock control processes.


• Use yourexperience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledgeand experience


• Assist in alltasks to ensure the smooth of the store

Who you'll be:

• Engaging withexcellent communication skills and flourish in a customer-facingenvironment.


• Focused andtake pride in the work you do with our customers.


• Able todemonstrate your ability to build relationships with customers, recognisetheir needs and provide the complete outfit they are looking for.
