Job summary

Hobbs London, part of TFG London, is seeking a Shop Supervisor in London to lead daily store operations, greet customers and drive high service standards. The role focuses on customer experience, teamwork and delivering strong commercial results.

You'll collaborate with the management team, support Style Advisors, manage transactions with accuracy and help with stock processes. The role offers a 20-hour week, permanent contract and a competitive benefits package.

Our Supervisors play a key role in creating awelcoming, high-quality shopping experience that keeps our customers comingback. Collaborative and adaptable, you'll champion the day-to‑day running ofthe store, helping the management team drive strong commercial results andsmooth shop‑floor operations.

What you'll do:

• Greet, assist,and leadby example on the shop floor, connecting with customers,sharing your passion for style and delivering great service
• Maintain acommercial approach to the role and operations,handling transactionsaccurately and assisting with stock control processes.
• Use yourexperience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledgeand experience
• Assist in alltasks to ensure the smooth of the store
