Job summary

Hobbs London, part of TFG London, is seeking a proactive supervisor to lead daily operations and create a welcoming shopping experience. You will connect with customers, demonstrate style, and support the management team in driving commercial results.

You will collaborate with Style Advisors, handle transactions with care, and help maintain smooth store operations while upholding the brand’s luxury British style and customer service standards.

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers to find complete outfits.

• Use yourexperience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledgeand experience
• Assist in alltasks to ensure the smooth of the store
