Job summary

TFG London is a premium UK retailer group delivering iconic womenswear across Hobbs, Whistles and Phase Eight. Based in London, the business is part of The Foschini Group and focuses on exceptional customer experiences in its stores.

As a Style Advisor, you’ll greet customers, share fashion insight, build outfits for occasions and act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor. You’ll stay current with trends and contribute to strong store performance through standout service.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn product details and fashion trends.
• Confident in assisting customers and building outfits.

You'll bring personality, pride and a passion for fashion, acting as a brand ambassador on the shop floor. You'll stay up to date with the latest styles, help customers build outfits for every occasion and play a key role in enhancing the overall store performance.

What you’ll do

• Greet customers with confidence, offering tailored advice and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Develop deep product knowledge, answering customer questions with ease.
• Handle transactions accurately with careful attention to detail and assist with stock control processes.
• Assist in all tasks required to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store.

Who you’ll be

• Reliable and motivated to fulfil the role, flexible enough to work on a rota basis and balance shifting priorities in store.
• Engaging with excellent communication skills and flourish in a customer-facing environment
• Focused on adding value and providing the best possible experience to our customers, taking pride in all that you do.
