Job summary

City Restaurants Group (CRG) seeks a Supervisor to lead shifts for BAD BIRD in Greater London. You will support management, motivate the crew and ensure guests receive excellent food, service and overall experience.

You will coach and develop team members, maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness, and help grow with an exciting new brand from day one. Flexible hours available across full- and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Shift Lead in fast-paced hospitality or retail.
• Hands-on leader who can get stuck in and drive results.
• Strong communication, organisation and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities
