BAD BIRD is looking for Front of House Team Members to be the face of our new fried chicken brand in London. Welcome guests, take orders, help guests choose meals and ensure every guest leaves with a smile and the right order.

You’ll work with the kitchen to keep services smooth, maintain a clean front of house, follow safety procedures and bring positive energy to every shift. Full training starts on day one, with flexible hours and opportunities to grow with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a genuine smile and friendly attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and confidently.
• Help guests choose meals, sides and drinks from the menu.
• Prepare drinks and package takeaway and delivery orders.
• Check every order before it leaves the counter.
• Keep service quick without compromising quality.
• Work with the kitchen team to make sure food is served fresh and on time.
• Keep the restaurant clean, organised and ready for service throughout the day.
• Refill sauces, drinks, packaging and front counter supplies.
• Handle customer questions and resolve simple issues professionally.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen, health & safety and company procedures at all times.
• Support your teammates wherever needed to keep the shift running smoothly.
• Bring positive energy to every shift and help create a great atmosphere for both guests and the team.
