Job summary

HB Leisure is seeking an Arcade Supervisor to join our vibrant team. You will lead arcade operations, handle cash, and deliver exceptional customer service in a busy environment.

This role requires weekend and evening shifts at our site; 18+ and flexibility are essential. We offer competitive pay, flexible hours, and bonuses, plus opportunities to travel to other locations within our global leisure group.

We are looking for an Arcade Supervsior who will be required to work weekends and evenings along with a day shift.

Unlike the parks we are open every day except for Christmas day so flexibility of working hours is required. This site has an AGC (Adult Gaming Centre) therefore you must be 18 or over to apply.

Excellent customer service skills and money handling essential. Full training is provided so no experience in arcades is necessary.

Person Specification:

• Previous Customer Service experience required
• Great customer service, communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality
• Honest, reliable and a responsible individual with strong work ethic
• Are able to offer good availability on weekdays and weekends (including bank holidays)
• Be able to follow instructions and comply with all company standards
• Have reliable transportation - due to the location of the site
• 18 or over
