Job summary

Bestway Group in the United Kingdom is looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to join our fast-paced retail team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and uphold brand standards.

You will lead and train colleagues, manage shift patterns from 6am to 10pm, and build strong links with the local community to promote the brand.

Qualifications

• Ensure Company Policies and Procedures are being always followed and adhered to.
• Upsell and promote our company wide promotions.
• Provide training to new members of the team.
• Continually advance your product knowledge and that of other employees.
• Must be able to work flexible shift patterns throughout the trading day (6am - 10pm).
• Ensure store control guidelines are followed by all team members.
