Job summary

Bestway-Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, deliver first-class customer service, and uphold brand standards in our busy store.

You will train new team members, plan shifts, manage diverse tasks, and help build strong community relations while maintaining store policies. Flexible shifts 6am–10pm, seven days a week, require calm leadership under pressure.

• Provide first class customer service

• Ensure Company Policies and Procedures are being always followed and adhered to

• Provide training to new members of the team

• Must be able to work flexible shift patterns throughout the trading day (6am - 10pm)
