Job summary

Naylor's Equestrian Llp seeks a capable Supervisor to help run the shop floor, uphold high service standards, and lead by example during each shift. You will guide colleagues, maintain store presentation, support daily tasks, opening/closing, till operations, and contribute to a busy, customer-focused retail environment in the East Midlands.

You will collaborate with management to optimise product placement, monitor service levels, and ensure adherence to brand standards while fostering

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You lead by example, guide colleagues during each shift, and help maintain strong levels of customer service, presentation, and store performance. You'll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.
