Job summary

JD GROUP in Greater London is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to help run the shop floor and uphold high service, presentation, and store performance. You will lead by example, guide colleagues during each shift, and support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.

The role focuses on customer service, product placement, visuals, and maintaining brand standards, with responsibilities including opening/closing, till operations, and supporting a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Passion for retail, strong product and trend awareness, and the ability to demonstrate company values.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect.
