Job summary

Bestway-Group in Limpsfield is seeking an ambitious Store Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will deliver first-class customer service, maintain brand standards, and support the team across all store activities from opening to close.

You will train new staff, share product knowledge, and upsell promotions while building relationships with the local community. Flexibility is essential as shifts run from 6am to 10pm, seven days a week.

• Provide first class customer service
• Present the store in-line with the company brand standards guidelines
