Job summary

Naylor's Equestrian Llp is seeking a proactive Supervisor to help run a busy retail floor in Taunton. You will lead by example, guide the team during shifts, and uphold high standards of service, presentation, and store performance.

You will also support opening/closing tasks, till operations, and help ensure the full product range is visible and accessible to customers. A passion for retail and strong communication skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You lead by example, guide colleagues during each shift, and help maintain strong levels of customer service, presentation, and store performance.
