Job summary

Nando's UK is seeking a Shift Lead to be at the heart of the action, supporting to run brilliant shifts and kickstart your leadership journey. You will guide a team in a fast-paced, family‑style environment, ensuring great service and memorable PERi‑PERi moments for guests.

This role rewards energy, customer focus and a willingness to learn, with clear pathways into management and a supportive team culture. Salary is paid hourly with benefits and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
