Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Supervisor to join our busy pub team in Wolverhampton. You’ll support the management team to deliver smooth shifts, drive customer service, and help run daily operations in a lively, fast-paced environment.

The role offers flexible and part-time hours with opportunities for progression through internal pathways and apprenticeships. You’ll be part of a people-first company that values teamwork and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative.
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away.
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably.
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up.
• Be a role model for customer service.

We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team!
